2 Account Registration
Accurate and complete information is required when opening a Cricket168 account. Accounts created with false information may be terminated at any time and funds may be forfeited.
- Each individual is permitted a maximum of one Cricket168 account.
- If two members of the same household use accounts from the same device or IP address, Cricket168 must be informed in advance.
- The mobile number and email address provided at registration will be verified.

- Cricket168 reserves the right to carry out KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.

3 Eligibility & Age Requirements
The following eligibility requirements must be met to use Cricket168's services:
- You must be at least 18 years of age. Cricket168 strictly prohibits betting by minors.
- You must be legally permitted to participate in online betting under the laws of your registered country.
- Cricket168 employees and their immediate family members are not eligible for membership.
- A national ID card, passport, or birth registration certificate may be required as proof of age.
Warning: Betting by minors is strictly prohibited. If an underage user is identified, Cricket168 will immediately close the account and notify the relevant authorities.

- Funds sent from another person's mobile banking or account may not be credited.

5 Withdrawal Policy
The following conditions apply when withdrawing winnings from Cricket168:
- The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
- KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
- Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
- Wagering requirements must be met before bonus funds can be withdrawn.
- The maximum daily withdrawal limit is ৳1,00,000.
- Cricket168 may request additional documentation to verify unusual withdrawal requests.

6 Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions at Cricket168 are subject to specific terms. Claiming a bonus means you accept those terms.
- Welcome Bonus: 100% bonus on your first deposit, up to ৳10,000. A 15x wagering requirement applies.
- Wagering calculation: Wagering is calculated from Sports Betting only. Bets with odds below 1.5 will not count.
- Bonus Validity: All bonuses must be used within 30 days of being issued.
- Single Bonus Policy: Multiple bonuses cannot be active at the same time.
- Bonus Abuse: Cricket168 reserves the right to cancel bonuses and suspend accounts if bonus abuse is suspected.
- Reload Bonus: The weekly reload bonus is available to eligible members only; separate terms apply.
If a single individual attempts to claim bonuses using multiple accounts, all associated accounts will be suspended and all funds will be forfeited.
7 Betting Rules
The following rules must be followed when placing bets on Cricket168:
- Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — only the cash-out feature may be used.
- Cricket168 reserves the right to void bets if incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error.
- If a match is cancelled or postponed before it starts, the bet will be voided and the stake refunded.
- Cricket168 is not responsible for disconnections during live betting.
- Cricket168 may void bets if match-fixing or any irregularity is suspected.
- Arbitrage betting across multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.
8 Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Cricket168:
- Creating or Using Multiple Accounts
- Bonus abuse or manipulation
- Use of automated software, bots, or scripts
- Unauthorized access to another user's account
- Attempting to hack Cricket168's systems or security infrastructure
- Money laundering or processing illegal funds through Cricket168
- Threatening or Harassing Other Users
Consequences: Any of the above violations may result in immediate account closure, forfeiture of funds, and legal action.
9 Account Closure & Suspension
Cricket168 may suspend or close an account under the following circumstances:
- If evidence of a terms violation is found
- Providing false information during KYC verification
- Account inactive for an extended period (12 months)
- Upon court order or request from law enforcement agencies
Members may also request account closure at any time. Any eligible balance will be returned.
10 Responsible Gaming
Cricket168 believes betting is a form of entertainment, not a source of addiction. That's why we provide the following tools:
- Deposit Limit: Set daily, weekly, and monthly deposit limits.
- Loss Limit: Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given period.
- Cooling-Off Period: Take a betting break for anywhere between 24 hours and 30 days.
- Self-Exclusion: Lock your account on a long-term or permanent basis.

- All final decisions rest with the Cricket168 management board.

Continued use of Cricket168 after updated terms are published will be considered acceptance of the new terms. If you do not wish to accept the new terms, please request account closure.
